• Can I log in Free of Charge? - Absolutely, it is quick easy and FREE. Just click on the 'LOGIN' at the top right of each page, choose a username and password and we will automatically set it up for you. You can then use this for return visits and to keep online lightboxes.
• Can I create lightboxes of images without a login account? Yes you may, however, the lightbox will only be kept during the current session. If you create a login account your lightboxes will be saved indefinitely.
• Does it cost me anything to create lightboxes? - No, you will be able to use our powerful keyword search free of charge to create your own collection of images.
• How do I pay for goods from your site? We offer an online credit card purchase system, for quick delivery. If you would like to be a regular customer we can set up an invoice account, please email us.
• Do you offer quantity discounts? Yes, we have many clients that need quite a few images and wish to use them in a variety of ways. We offer this as a bespoke service, so please email us.
• Can I have you make up canvases or prints or cards from my own images? Yes of course, if the quality of the image is suitable. We will need to assess this by having you send the image. For more information please email us.
• I have seen some cards that you have for sale. Can I have these printed with my company logo and message? Yes, we are in the process of providing new ranges of cards for different seasons and occasions and we can have them overprinted for you at very reasonable prices.
• Do you offer business accounts? Yes of course, we supply newspapers, retailers and suppliers. Once you open a business account you will receive the benefits of personal service. Please email us if you wish to open a business account.
• What sizes of images do you offer online? Our online system will deliver up to A3 size images, but sometimes smaller. If you require a larger image we will prepare it for you according to specification.
